The basketball comes deflated (without any air) on a GYM sack, but we include air needle so you can put air inside it. Please know that once you inflate the baskerball you will see some wrinkle on the basketball. Please allow 3 to 5 days for the basketball to adjust and the wrinkle will go away itself. Since the basketball is send deflated (without air) it takes a bit of time to adjust with its wrinkle once you put the air on it.
